Application for Annual General Meeting 2011

For the General Assembly of the AAG, some members - particularly anthroposophical doctors working - a filed for that I advocate.
IF YOU ARE A MEMBER OF THE AAG AND IT CAN BE SET UP, PLEASE COME TO GENRALVERSAMMLUNG ON 16 April 2011 and VOTE FOR THIS REQUEST.
Many elements of this six-part application, I have already claimed or proposed when I was at WELEDA worked - ie 12 years ago, such as the requirement that the AAG and the Board should exercise active as a major shareholder in their responsibility to WELEDA. The unspeakable "self renewal" (one could also speak of incest) of the Management and the Board by the co-option I have felt to be intolerable and called for many years a change. The requirement of WELEDA to seek their appropriate legal form and to find, I have found during my working hours.
Although it is very regrettable that the Anthroposophical doctors wake up until now, it is questionable whether a further 5 seconds before 12 or even 12:15, ie, whether the WELEDA save it in the form appropriate to still look forward I am of course very pleased that these proposals are finally represented not only by me as an individual fighter. It apparently took the path of the knowledge and the experience of scarcity and the threat of final Non-availability of the WELEDA medicine to address a look at the whole organism WELEDA and see that without a basic, time-and human-scale enterprise reform is possible to continue to operate with anthroposophic remedies anthroposophical medicine.
are homemade and even the causes responsible for both the anthroposophic medical associations, medical section, and the company Weleda. The main cause is indeed the lack of demand for specific anthroposophic remedies that would allow a rational and quality assured production. A demand can not be achieved unless there are enough anthroposophic doctors with these remedies work. I believe that neither the WELEDA nor the medical section yet organized anthroposophic doctors made sure that an interesting, affordable and regular education and training is offered in anthroposophic medicine for employees of health professionals - not only in German-speaking, but also internationally and also for participants from so-called "developing countries" affordable.
One of my plans and my marketing plan provided WELEDA branch in Singapore would have these courses - as described in Section 6.7 - made for Asian doctors - such as the demand from the Philippines and Thailand is great.

PS: Small side note: How is it that a director of the AAG has so much free time that he is still can be Chairman of an agricultural and farming needs wholesaler ? Or is the preparation, if the Board a motion of censure is pronounced? The wise man makes - and Paul MacKay is smart!
